You are not allowed to attach satellite dishes to the structure of the building in any manner. This includes the siding, roof, and the decks. You will be notified that the satellite dish needs to be removed within a specific period of time. If you do not remove the dish, the Board will instruct the management company to have it removed, and the expense of the removal will be added to your homeowner fee.
Damage due to the placement of satellite dishes on the building structure will not be the responsibility of the Homeowners' Association. It will be the responsibility of the individual homeowner.
Please submit the location you would like to place or relocate your satellite dish using the
Exterior Alteration or Landscaping Application Form. The Board at this point has approved all satellite dishes to be placed in a flowerbed, however exact location must still be Board approved.
